Kim Albers was born and raised Northern Kentucky before moving to Tampa, Florida at age 24; which is where he started his tattoo apprenticeship a few years later. He apprenticed for a year before beginning to tattoo and moving to Sarasota, where he is now based. Kim has always loved artwork and expressing himself through art, and now works in the neo-traditional, American traditional, and Japanese traditional styles. Doing exclusively custom work, Kim would love to help you put your tattoo ideas on paper.
He has also always had a love for mechanics and building, which coupled with a need to better understand the tools that let him do the job he loves, led him to start his machine building business. He now builds one-of-a-kind machines, specifically designed for the way you work and the style of tattooing you do.
